The promoter is MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd.

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over who has previously had a genuine interaction or experience with MJ Electrical Training and who can provide a valid UK postal address for delivery of a prize.

This includes, but is not limited to, customers, former customers, course candidates, employers or organisations that have arranged training, and individuals who have received advice, guidance, support or assistance from MJ Electrical Training.

You do not need to have purchased or completed a course to enter. However, any review submitted must be genuine and based on your own experience or interaction with MJ Electrical Training.

Employees of MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, leave a genuine review of your experience with MJ Electrical Training on one of the following platforms:

Google Reviews, Trustpilot or Reviews.io.

Your review should reflect your genuine experience. It does not need to be positive or five-star to qualify for entry. Positive, neutral and negative reviews will all be treated equally for the purposes of the prize draw.

Please leave your review using a name that allows us to identify you. If the name displayed with your review is different from the name you previously used when dealing with MJ Electrical Training, please contact us so that we can identify your entry.

There is no purchase necessary to enter.

3. Promotional Period

The prize draw closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 15 November 2026.

Eligible reviews received before the closing time will be included in the draw. Reviews submitted after the closing date will not qualify.

4. One Entry Per Person

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Leaving reviews on more than one review platform will not result in additional entries.

Multiple reviews from the same individual will still count as one entry into the prize draw.

5. The Prizes

There are five prizes and five winners.

Each winner will receive one tool-themed Advent Calendar. The prizes will be allocated according to the order in which the winners are randomly selected:

1st winner drawn – Milwaukee Advent Calendar
2nd winner drawn – Makita Advent Calendar
3rd winner drawn – Wera Advent Calendar
4th winner drawn – CK Advent Calendar
5th winner drawn – Sealey Advent Calendar

Winners will be selected at random using a digital prize wheel, with each eligible entrant having an equal chance of being selected. Once a winner has been selected, they will be removed from the draw before the wheel is spun again.

Prizes are subject to availability. If a particular Advent Calendar becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative prize of an equivalent or greater value.

There is no cash alternative, and prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6. Selecting the Winners

Following the closing date, five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

Every valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected, regardless of the content or rating of the review.

The draw will take place shortly after 15 November 2026, allowing sufficient time for the prizes to be dispatched before December.

7. Contacting the Winners

MJ Electrical Training will make reasonable efforts to identify and contact each winner using the information associated with their review and/or contact information already held as a result of their previous interaction with us.

Winners may be asked to confirm their identity and provide a valid UK delivery address before their prize is dispatched.

If we are unable to identify a reviewer, cannot contact a selected winner, or a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, we reserve the right to select another winner at random.

8. UK Delivery Only

Prizes will be delivered to UK postal addresses only.

Winners must provide a valid UK postal address in order to receive their prize. We are unable to send prizes to addresses outside the United Kingdom.

If a selected winner is unable to provide a valid UK postal address, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random.

Once the winners have been confirmed, we will aim to dispatch all five Advent Calendars in sufficient time for them to arrive before 1 December 2026.

Delivery before 1 December cannot be guaranteed. MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd will not be responsible for delays, loss or other delivery issues caused by postal or courier services outside our reasonable control.

9. Genuine Reviews

The purpose of this promotion is to encourage people who have genuinely interacted with MJ Electrical Training to share their experience.

All reviews must represent the entrant’s genuine opinion and experience.

A positive review is not a condition of entry. Negative, neutral and positive reviews will all be treated equally.

The content or star rating of a review will have no influence whatsoever on an entrant’s chances of winning.

10. Review Platforms

This promotion is organised and administered solely by MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd.

The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Trustpilot or Reviews.io.

These platforms have no responsibility for the administration of the prize draw, selection of winners or provision of prizes.

Entrants are also responsible for complying with the applicable terms and policies of the review platform they choose to use.

11. Invalid Entries

MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd reserves the right to exclude an entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entry is fraudulent, the entrant has not genuinely interacted with MJ Electrical Training, false information has been provided, multiple entries have been submitted in an attempt to increase the entrant’s chances of winning, or the entry otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

An entry will not be excluded simply because a review is negative or critical of MJ Electrical Training.

12. Personal Information

Personal information will only be used where reasonably necessary to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility, identify and contact winners and arrange delivery of prizes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy of MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd and applicable UK data protection legislation.

13. Winner Announcement & Publicity

MJ Electrical Training may announce the names of the winners following completion of the draw.

Winners may also be invited to provide a photograph or participate in promotional activity relating to the competition. Participation in any additional publicity is optional and is not a condition of receiving a prize.

14. Changes to the Promotion

MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Where reasonably possible, any significant changes will be communicated through the MJ Electrical Training website.

15. General

The promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and the administration of the prize draw is final, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions and the prize draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
