You’ll take multiple-choice quizzes after each module to check your understanding.
Certification
Once you’ve completed the course and passed the assessments, we’ll submit your results to the awarding body, and you’ll receive your SHEA Power card. The certification lasts for three years, so you’ll need to retake the course before your card expires to stay certified.
This course is linked with the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS), allowing you to access CSCS-controlled sites for utility work without needing a separate CSCS card. The CSCS-affiliated cards feature a hologram in the top left corner, showing that you’ve met high standards in health, safety, and competence.
What You Need to Know Before You Start
There aren’t any formal entry requirements, but you’ll need a basic level of written and spoken English to get the most out of the course.
This version is a bit more casual while still conveying all the important information.
