If you’re coming by train, we are just a short 5-minute walk from Rochford train station, which serves the Essex town on the Shenfield-to-Southend Line. The station, once a busy thoroughfare for travellers heading to London Southend Airport, now offers three passenger services per hour to Southend Victoria from platform 2 and London Liverpool Street from platform 1. 

If you’re driving:

  • Via the M25, take exit 29 for the A127 towards Southend. Follow the signs as you approach Rochford and Southend from the A127.

  • From East & Central London, take either the A12 or A13 and follow signs for Southend.

  • From Kent (Dartford Crossing), you have two options: take the M25 northbound (counterclockwise), then exit 29 for the A127 towards Southend; or take exit 30 for the A13, then the A127 from the M2 and A282. Follow signs to Rochford and Southend from the A127.
